Key Quotes

"There’s a lot of missing connection with the trainers, some parents don’t see the great things that work for the child"

Parent

"It can be overwhelming sometimes since this place is so fast paced"

Trainer

"There are no breaks in between sessions, all three are back-to-back"

Trainer

Problem

We identified a disconnect between parents and trainers regarding the child’s performance and activities during sessions. This became the central problem we aimed to address and solve through our design.
